The annual membership fee is charged once per year. There are no booking fees, no service charges, and no hidden costs added at checkout. The rate you see is the rate you pay. Pricing is visible to members after joining.

Yes. You can cancel before your renewal date and your membership will remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds on unused months, but we do not lock you in.

Member rates are typically 18–25% below public rates. On a week-long stay at one of our larger properties, that saving often exceeds the annual membership fee on its own. Most members recoup the fee within their first booking.

All properties in the collection are available to members at member rates. A rotating selection of member-only properties is additionally available — these are never listed publicly and can only be booked through a membership.

Members can book any property 48 hours before availability opens to the public. For popular properties in peak season, this window is often the difference between securing your preferred dates and missing out.

A Service Pass is a lower-cost annual subscription tied to a specific group of services. For example, the PH Essentials Pass covers Bills and Money Transfers only — ideal for customers who primarily use those two services. Accommodation and Car Rental discounts are exclusive to Gold membership and are not available on any Service Pass. A full annual membership covers a broader range of services at a higher discount tier. If you use two or more service areas regularly, a full membership will typically cost less than combining passes. All pricing is visible to members after joining.

Yes. If your usage grows and you start using more services, you can upgrade to a Bronze, Silver, or Gold membership at your next renewal. The annual fee difference is not pro-rated mid-year, but you will not be charged twice — your pass simply converts at renewal.
